Tips To Lead A Healthy Married Life

Tips To Lead A Healthy Married Life

Marriage is an eternal bond that a couple shares with each other. It is the only knot, which has the power to bind two souls together for a life time. It is in the hands of the couple itself, whether they let their marriage as a bond for long or let it break due to some small issues. Here are some tips to help to help you enjoy a healthy married life: 1. Give respect to each other To make the relation valuable and effective, you must have genuine respect for your life partner. Respect should not only be shown for the life partner but also for the relation. 2. Control your anger Relationships are tough. What makes them tougher is anger. Try to control it even if you had the worst fight ever. Talk patiently and try to understand the point of view of your partner. After all, it is your relationship and small things should not hamper it. 3. Confess the mistakes Both the bride and groom should try and confess all the mistakes in front of their life partner. This not only makes the couple earn confidence and trust in the eyes of his partner, but also reduces the chances of any misunderstanding in future. 4. Share and care A marriage is purely based on the elements of caring and sharing. You must share your problems and difficulties with each other. This will create more understanding between you and your life partner. It will also help you in building a better bond with your life partner. 5. Be happy and cheerful Your smile can make your life partner smile. Keep yourself optimistic and cheerful always. It will help give you more moments to celebrate. Even if you are having a stressful life, don’t bring it home. Being stressed always, makes the couple irritating and leads to a bad and broken relationship. Last but not the least, don’t stop saying ‘I love you’ even after years of marriage. This will surely keep the spark alive in your relationship ever. Best of luck! With Kind Regards.. Things to be kept in mind before marrying an NRI..

Things to be kept in mind before marrying an NRI..

The glitz and glamor that comes along with an NRI groom attracts a lot of Indian parents who are looking for a match for their daughters. They feel that an NRI groom can give their child a much more comfortable and affluent atmosphere than an Indian match. But, the risk factor involved in such an alliance is very high as it gets difficult to know and understand genuine lifestyle NRI grooms. So, parents need to be highly careful and observant while contemplating such a matrimonial union. Following are few of the steps, which should be followed before taking this decision: 1.Proper research should be done even before fixing the first meeting with an NRI family. These days, internet is a great source to check someone’s credibility. For instance, if the groom says that he is a part of a renowned business group or organisation, it can be cross-checked on various social and professional networking websites. 2.The bride’s family should try to examine the intentions of the NRI family in terms of dowry. There are chances that the prospective family might show more interest in money rather than the bride in future. 3.The values possessed by the members of the family should be understood well before the wedding as in the end, the bride is the one who has to make all the sacrifices and compromises. So, for her happiness, the parents should try to understand her future family well in advance. 4.NRIs are often referred to as non reliable Indians, therefore, you should never go on the easy to go and innocent image carried by them. In fact, each and every point mentioned by them should be counter questioned and scrutinized to the depth. 5.If a distant relative of the family of the bride comes with an attractive marriage proposal, they should not be given any advantage too. The family should be equally careful in such a scenario because it’s a matter of whole life of their daughter. Marriage, being the most important and crucial decision of life, should be taken with utmost care and thought. In case of this kind of matrimonial alliance, special attention should be given to the fact the daughter would go far away from the eyes of her parents and will have no one to rely upon. BEST OF LUCK...!

February, 10 2011

:Celebrate Each Day As A Valentine's Day After Marriage: Valentine’s Day is one of those special days when you make the love of your life feel special. You buy gifts, go out for dinner, make new promises and so on. You do everything possible to bring a smile on the face of your life partner. Such special gestures can help you lead a very happy married life if you continue to do them at ‘not so special’ occasions. Here’s a list of things you can do to make your life partner feel all the more special and to make him / her love you more: 1.Say ‘I love you’ whenever possible – Don’t miss out any chance of expressing love to your life partner. A simple ‘I love you’ says a lot! 2.Have fun together – Make sure that you take time-out from your daily chores and watch a movie together, go out for dinner or go out for weekend holidays after every few days. 3.Buy gifts – Buy gifts or flowers without any special occasion and surprise your life partner when it is least expected. 4.Show that you care - Show respect, trust, appreciation, consideration and kindness whenever it is required. This way, your spouse will also show the same feeling towards you. 5.Cook – This tip is especially for guys. Your life partner would definitely feel really special if on some special occasion you do some special cooking for her. 6.Compliment – A simple compliment like ‘You are looking beautiful today’ can make your life partner feel good. It would definitely ensure a brighter start for the day. 7.Party out with each other’s friends – At times, it is good to hang out with your spouse’s friends as well. Plan out a party or get-together with friends for a more excitement and happiness in life. Small things can bring big smiles and loads of happiness in your life. Try to make your life partner feel special from time to time and celebrate each day of your married life as Valentine’s Day. Best of Luck..! With Kind Regards... Er.K.Sathiamoorthy Trichy 9443108200

Be The Perfect Daughter-in-law Getting along with the mother-in-law is not as difficult as you think, especially if you are clear and firm about your expectations. Building a healthy bond with your mother-in-law is easier if you consider the following 'Dos'. 1.Be honest - Be clear, honest, and calm with both your husband and mother-in-law about your needs. 2.Respect her - Respect the opinions, wisdom, age and experience of your mother-in-law. Try to build a friendly bond with her. 3.Avoid interfering - When it comes to solving big issues, refrain from interfering. Let your husband discuss them with her. 4.Keep in touch with her - In case, you are living away from your in-laws, call up your mother-in-law time to time just to wish her. Being a loveable daughter in law starts with being considerate. 5.Stand up for yourself - If your mother in law criticizes your appearance, house, or parenting style, tell her your point of view. Point out remarks you think are unfair or unnecessary when they happen so that you develop a transparent relationship. 6.Be considerate - Show your concern and help your mother-in-law when she is unwell. Remember, a great daughter in law cares about other people's health. 7.Be patient - Try not to loose your temper on trivial issues. Be calm and tackle everything with love. The way to your mother-in-law's heart is her family. Win the heart of everyone in the family by showing love, care and concern and by following these steps. Best of Luck... With Kind Regards.. Self Management You are responsible for everything that happens in your life. Learn to accept total responsibility for yourself. If you do not manage yourself, then you are letting others have control of your Life. These tips will help "you" manage "you." Here is a list of things that help you in self management and which will in turn lead you to the path of success: - -) Look at every new opportunity as an exciting and new-life experience. -) Be a professional who exhibits self-confidence and self-assurance in your potential to complete any task. -) Agree with yourself in advance that you will have a good attitude toward the upcoming task. -) Frequently ask, "Is what I am doing right now moving me toward my goals?" -) Do it right the first time and you will not have to take time later to fix it. -) Accept responsibility for your job successes and failures. Do not look for a scapegoat. -) Do not view things you do as a "job." View all activities as a challenge. -) Use your subconscious mind by telling it to do what you do want. Instead of telling yourself, "I can't do that very well," say, "I can do this very well."-) Give yourself points for completing tasks on your "to-do" list in priority order. When you reach 10 points, reward yourself. -) Practice your personal beliefs. It may be helpful each morning to take 15 minutes to gather your thoughts and say a prayer. -) Make a commitment to show someone a specific accomplishment on a certain date. The added urgency will help you feel motivated to have it done. -) Practice self-determination, wanting to do it for yourself. -) Believe that you can be what you want to be. -) Never criticize yourself as having a weakness. There is no such thing. You are only talking about a present undeveloped skill or part of yourself that if you so chose, you can change. You do not have any weakness, only untapped potential. -) Be pleasant all the time-no matter what the situation. -) Challenge yourself to do things differently than you have in the past. It provides new ideas and keeps you interested. -) Talk to yourself. A self-talk using positive affirmation is something that is common among all great achievers. They convince themselves that they can accomplish their goals. -) Create your own "motivation board" by putting up notes of things you need to do on a bulletin board or special wall space. It is an easily visible way to see what you need to work on. When an item is done, remove the note. Also keep your goals listed and pictured on your board. -) Stay interested in what you are doing. Keep looking for what is interesting in your work. Change your perspective and look at it as someone outside your job would, -) Establish personal incentives and rewards to help maintain your own high enthusiasm and performance level.
